An Update from us on COVID-19
Hello Everyone,
First off, I want to tell you all that we are safe and all well at AE Auto.
As of March 19, we had elected to close until April 6th.
As it stands right now, we will open for normal hours on April 6th.
IF YOU HAVE AN ENGINE NOISE OR LIGHT, BRAKES NOT RIGHT, STEERING OR SUSPENSION ISSUE, FLAT TIRE, SOMETHING PECULIAR AND YOU FEEL YOUR VEHICLE COULD BE UNSAFE, CALL ANDY’S CELL 647-228-0310, WE ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU NOW.
Doing an oil change or seasonal tire changeover does not need to be done today, it can be done 2-3 weeks from now. If we all really hunker down for the next two weeks, these restrictions can be eased as quickly as they came. While many places are still indeed open, for most of us, we really do not need to go anywhere.
The weather is on our side, tire changeover should be done when the temperature is at double digits for 1 week. For the next two weeks, the weather is going to hover at the 7-degree mark and still go down in the evening…and most of you are not driving around anywhere anyhow, so IT’S OK TO WAIT!
This virus has brought the world to its knees. Every day, things are changing. We are trying to remain as fluid with the current events as possible. Keeping your vehicle operating safely is essential.
IF WE STAY VIGILANT NOW AND ALERT THROUGH THE MONTH OF APRIL, WE CAN BE BACK TO NORMAL FOR THE MONTH OF MAY
· On April 6th, we will be open. You can email us at newmarket@aeautoplus.com to set up your appointment now
· Please take this time at home, to clean your vehicle if you can, wipe down and vacuum.
· April 6th, is two weeks away, if required we will have reduced waiting appointments.
· If you have traveled and are in self-isolation, we will not pick up your vehicle until after your 14 days are over.
Besides following the news to stay informed, please take this opportunity to read the articles that are surfacing about nutrition – you are what you eat! Andy and I personally feel this is not the time to binge-watch Netflix, but to use the time wisely. Enjoy your time with your family, cook together, make a meal from scratch, start a simple exercise routine, draw, get creative, do something you always wanted to but groaned that you had no time to do.
